Sales has always been the natural intersection of two things I love most: connecting with people and solving real problems. From my first cold call at MonitAir to training teammates on the floor at Nike, I have seen firsthand how a well-placed conversation — built on genuine curiosity and trust — can change the outcome for everyone involved.
I chose sales because it rewards effort and authenticity in equal measure. It keeps me sharp, challenges me to understand people deeply, and gives me the opportunity to create value every single day. Growing up between cultures and languages taught me that the best salespeople are the ones who listen first. That lesson has guided everything I do.
The UCF Professional Selling Program (PSP) is one of the most competitive and respected sales training programs in the nation. Housed within the UCF College of Business, the program immerses students in real-world selling scenarios through intensive role-play simulations, live coaching, and corporate partnerships.
Students develop mastery in consultative selling, negotiation, objection handling, strategic account management, and pipeline development — the exact skills that top-tier organizations are looking for. The PSP's strong industry network translates directly into internship and career opportunities for graduates.

The following courses have shaped my foundation in professional selling, business strategy, and leadership.
"Matias is one of the most coachable and driven students I have had in the Professional Selling Program. His ability to listen actively, adapt under pressure, and build genuine rapport with prospects is well beyond his years. I have full confidence he will excel in any competitive sales environment."
"Matias brought a level of energy and professionalism that stood out from day one. His ability to hit KPIs consistently — 100+ calls a day with a 10% conversion rate — while still maintaining strong client relationships is something most SDRs take years to develop. He is a natural."
"Working with Matias in ALPFA has shown me what real leadership looks like. He does not just show up — he executes. Coordinating a golf tournament with 10+ sponsors and 144 participants while managing committee work takes a rare kind of person. Matias makes it look effortless."
